We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Depending on your situation you will see the different options listed on the cart page. For example, if you do not see the option for Apple Pay on the cart page then you do not have Apple Pay configured on your device. If you would prefer a traditional secure checkout with your credit card or PayPal simply click the red button from the cart page to checkout.
We do. You have two choices.
1. Simply checkout using the PayPal Credit option.
2. Contact us and we can provide other solutions through our financing company, Balboa Capital.
For PayPal Credit, on the checkout page select the “PayPal CREDIT” button instead of the normal “PayPal” button to Buy Now and Pay Later. You can pay via PayPal CREDIT for orders over $99 and get 6 months special financing with no interests if paid in full within 6 months. More details can be found at PayPal’s Website.
Stock and Shipping
The most common reason is because the weight of the product or the total weight of the cart exceeds 150 lbs. This is a limitation of our checkout page that we are working to resolve, but we can easily complete your order over the phone so please contact us.
For “In Stock” items they will ship from Carson, CA. For “Factory Direct” items they will ship from the corresponding manufacture, for example:
American Lube: MD
In short; UPS and there various shipping methods.
On checkout you will be presented with everything from UPS Ground to UPS Next Day. However, the exact options available to you will depend on the shipping location and what UPS offers.
For “In Stock” items the order will ship UPS.
For “Factory Direct” items the order will most likely ship UPS. However some manufactures might ship an order through another carrier such as FedEx. Whichever shipping method you choose you will get the corresponding shipping service. For example if you choose UPS 3 Day Select and the manufacture decides to use FedEx, then your order would ship FedEx Express Saver, FedEx’s 3 day select equivalent.
“In Stock” items are products that are in stock at our Carson, Ca warehouse. “Factory Direct” items drop ship from the corresponding manufacture, directly to you.
Yes we do. We have access to the entire catalog of over 14 manufactures. The current product offerings on Wileyequipment.com represents just a small fraction of the products we sell. If you are looking for a product by any of the manufactures that we represent, please contact us.

For “In Stock” items they will ship within 1 business day. For “Factory Direct” items, the lead time can vary from 1 – 5 business days. If the factory notifies us that your order will take longer than 5 business days to ship, then we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay. At that time you may cancel for a 100% refund or wait for your order to ship.
Shipping is calculated based on your ship to address and where the product is shipping from. Not all products ship from the same location. Even though we are in California, your order may ship from Florida. Pleas see FAQ entitled: “Where does my order ship from?”
